6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) uyarınca, Promptbul.org (“Platform”) olarak, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla, kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğine önem veriyoruz. Bu metin, waitlist (bekleme listesi) formumuz aracılığıyla toplanan e-posta adresinizin işlenme amaçları ve haklarınız hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek için hazırlanmıştır.
1. İşlenen Kişisel Verileriniz ve Toplama Yöntemi Platformumuza ait bekleme listesine kayıt olmanız esnasında paylaştığınız e-posta adresiniz, dijital formlar aracılığıyla tamamen otomatik yollarla toplanmaktadır.

Verileriniz yalnızca hizmetin yürütülmesi için kullanılan teknik altyapı sağlayıcıları (sunucu ve e-posta gönderim hizmeti sunan aracı kurumlar) ile bu hizmetlerin alınmasıyla sınırlı olarak paylaşılabilir.
4. Veri Sahibinin Hakları KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, silinmesini veya düzeltilmesini isteme haklarına sahipsiniz. Verilerinizin sistemimizden silinmesini her zaman talep edebilirsiniz.
